TOP 3 IMPORTANT STEPS

1. Drink more than half your weight in ounces of water daily.

  • If possible, mineral, spring or pure water; not purified water.
  • Coffee, alcohol, and soda are diuretics.
  • Adding a squeeze of lemon or a dash of sea salt can help with hydration.

2. Wear patches for 12 hours then remove;  12 hours of rest, for each patch type, is recommended. 

3. Wear patches one month for every decade you are old to reach the repair phase. Regeneration / age reversal begins after that point.
