Everyone should begin with X39 and Aeon, initially for 10+ days, longer if you have high toxicity. And, gradually add additional patches to achieve your health goals. 

Keep in mind, X39 also elevates your own Glutathione by 30%, which causes the body to detox. To ensure a gradual detox, Glutathione patch should not be used for at least the first 10 days.

Place it at the base of your neck (C7) or 2 inches below your belly button (2 finger widths), or anywhere on your body that you want extra support.

You can also stick it to the inside or outside of your clothing. Wear it for 12 hours on and 12 hours off consistently every single day for a minimum of 6 months, or one month for each decade you are old, to reach cellular repair phase. You can wear it 12 hours per day, just make sure you give yourself at least an 8 hour break every day, so your body does not get used to it (attenuation).

The most important thing is to place them on your body. The pictures show specific placements. The illustrations in the booklet are suggested placements based on clinical trial data.  However, if you have a pain point / specific issue, you can place them directly on the spot of concern, in hopes of receiving a more rapid result.

It is best to begin with just the X39 & Aeon for the first 10 -15 days, or longer if you have high toxicity. Additional intro patches could include Ice Wave, Silent Nights and Alavida. Then, additional patches can be added as needed. There is no limit to the quantity of patches that can be worn. Experiment to find your best result.

There is a moderate boost in the effect by wearing more than one. We have heard it can give an additional 25 – 30% boost, but not double the impact.

Exceptions, Ice Wave, Aeon and Glutathione can provided additional benefit because they are more local / placement driven. Pop the spot with a lot, is Marci’s favorite saying.

There are no contraindications or drug interactions, since nothing is going into the bloodstream (non-transdermal). However, be sure to monitor your progress if you are on any medications. As your body balances / repairs, your meds may become too high of a dosage. Please work with your healthcare provider to assess dosages.  Think of it like this: these help to reset your organs. If you’re on blood pressure meds the patches may help reset your cardiovascular system so you want to monitor yourself. If you have blood sugar issues, you must check your blood sugar routinely.  They can help improve organ function, impacting how you feel.

Some feel improvement in as little as minutes, while some can take a day, a couple weeks or a few months. Just because you may not FEEL IT, doesn’t mean it’s not working. 

For long-term chronic issues, it can take up to 4 months to see changes and in some extreme cases it can take 6-7 months to start noticing results. It is best to get normal labs and checkups done during your 6 months of usage (doctor, dentist, eye doctor).

The patches can work for up to 24-hours, however, our body should not be receiving the light signal for more than 12 hours. This is mirroring the circadian rhythm of day / night. That rhythm is important in healing, hormone balancing, detoxing and digestion. 

While not a company recommendation, some people report results by applying used patches the next day, with medical tape to an area of the body needing extra support, along with a brand-new patch. Others have reported positive results by placing used patches on their animal’s collar or bed. It would be 12 hours on / off for them, as well.

It is important to place them on clean, dry, non-moisturized skin. If you live in a humid area with frequent perspiration, that can be tricky. Get creative with placement:

• Place on clothing
• In a pocket
• Under a watch
• Ball cap
• Bottom of foot
• Eye mask or pillowcase (for sleep time)

It could be a result of several variables:

• Over exposure of the patch in an area creating irritation – move the patch around slightly to allow the skin to breath.
• Case of a detox symptom, with toxins coming out from the skin – note, as the toxins exit the body, these results should be less frequent with continued use.  
• Allergic reaction to the patch material – one in 10,000 people may be allergic to the 3M hypoallergenic adhesive. In those cases, people have placed patches on clothing, in a pocket, under a watch or a ball cap

When you start using the patch your body will immediately begin balancing and responding to the light signal. Some may experience mild fatigue / headaches or other normal detox symptoms. This is normal and healthy to excrete damaging toxins. Drink a lot of water! Half your body weight in ounces of water every day and take an Epsom bath every so often.

Everyone is different, so listen to your body.

With Glutathione, you may want to start slowly by using it for 6 hours the first day, then use that same patch for 6 hours the next day or skip  day. You can do this method for 2-4 days at which point you could work up to using the patch for 12 hours daily. Few are able to use it for 12 hours right from the start. 

Yes. But we don’t recommend it. The patches signal our body to repair and regenerate and get back to our healthy circadian rhythm. Irregular use and skipping a day will slow down progress.

Keep them out of direct light and heat. Don’t allow them to be bent or cut, which would damage the nano crystal lattice structure. Keep in closed package away from direct heat and light, in a visible location. We suggest near your toothbrush, to make them part of your daily routine.
